2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hosting provider, registered office. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is automatically stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Page or file requested
- Browser type, browser version and operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after number days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. If the provider processes data outside the EU: note on third-country transfer and safeguards (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. No data is stored in your browser's storage.
4. Fonts
The fonts used are hosted locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established when you visit the website.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to social networks
This website links to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. These are simple links, not embedded plugins: data is only transferred once you click a link and visit the platform. The privacy policy of the respective operator applies there.
